Nicole is basically the Dr. House of physiotherapy. I connected with her after developing a knee pain that appeared suddenly and was inhibiting my life, including preventing me from running (which is something I love) and even walking comfortably. I am glad I took it seriously right away because it wasn’t something to walk off or something that just needed pain management. I learned this, of course, through Dr. Nicole.

Over the years, I’ve had more than my share of damage, so I’ve visited a wide variety of orthopedic doctors, osteopaths, physical therapists, and even a myotherapist. Thankfully, my pilgrimage is over. I will never go see anyone ever again. I have never received better, more effective, or more clearly-explained care. Not once, not anywhere.

During the seven months I worked with Nicole, I made tremendous progress in flexibility and strength building. Before I worked with Nicole, my back would frequently be in pain and I was continuously afraid of my back “going out.” Now, my back is strong, my hips are considerably more flexible, and I’m confidently working four days a week with a personal trainer (something that would have been physically difficult prior to Nicole). Most importantly, Nicole taught me how to not just listen to my body, but to take control of my future. Recommend Nicole 1000%!
