Dr. Nicole R. Seward, PT, DPT

PHYSIO MOVEMENT EXPERT

Dr. Nicole is the owner and founder of ROOTS. Noticing a need for a fresh approach to rehabilitation, she opened ROOTS Physical Therapy in early 2021 as an American-trained Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Her mentorship style and vision for ROOTS focuses on solving complex movement problems completely and permanently while educating patients on how to better independently manage their bodies in the future.

It’s Dr. Nicole’s attention to detail, personability, patient-centered care, and deep knowledge of anatomical and rehabilitative theory that has made ROOTS the movement specialists of choice in CDMX.

“I want to help each person ROOTS sees not only feel and move better but to gradually master the machines they live within. You don’t need to be injured to see us - this is about improving from wherever you’re at.”
